Discretion is a way of working. Clients are not named or referenced. Matters are handled directly and with minimal exposure.

Personal

Clients work directly with the founder. The role is to assess, advise, and act where appropriate.

Judgement

Sound judgement guides every engagement. Not every request should be fulfilled. Fit matters.

Engagement

The Anchor operates on a private retainer basis.Engagements are structured for a fixed six-month term, with direct founder involvement throughout. This structure ensures continuity, priority, and clear accountability.The retainer reflects availability and responsibility taken on. It is not based on hours or task volume, but on the judgement and oversight required.Continuation beyond the initial term is by mutual agreement and subject to capacity.
